Service Changes Beginning September 6, 2020

To help reduce the spread of COVID-19, customers are required to wear a non-medical mask on public transit. This extra step can help protect others in spaces where physical distancing can be hard to maintain.

The Customer Service counter at 36 Hunter Street Go Station (ONLY) has resumed normal business hours: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday for customers to renew monthly passes, purchase and reload PRESTO cards and to purchase tickets. Our Customer Service Desk at Mountain Transit Centre (2200 Upper James St.) will remain closed to the public until further notice.

HSR has resumed fare collection and front-door boarding for customers. Operator compartment bio-shields have been installed as an additional measure to protect operators and customers.

Schedule Highlights

  • Routes 1, 2, 4, 5, 11, 12, 16, 18, 20, 43, 44, 52A are operating regular weekday service.
  • Routes 3, 6, 7, 8, 10, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 33, 34, 35, 41, 55, 58 are operating a reduced weekday service (service reduced during peak periods only).
  • Routes 9 - ROCK GARDENS (Sundays/Holidays) and 56 - CENTENNIAL (Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays) are operating their normal weekend schedule.
  • ROUTE 42 - MOHAWK EAST will be in operation on Saturdays. 
  • Route 51 - UNIVERSITY is cancelled.
  • Days of service and hours of service (approx.) are listed in the description of the route in the PDF schedule, but not frequency (as it changes numerous times each day during the weekday, Saturday and Sunday). Customers can look at the PDF timetables for each route description for further details on frequencies.
