The number of caseloads (individuals and families) per month who receive Ontario Works (OW) financial and employment assistance in the the city of Hamilton.

In summary: Ontario Works Caseloads for December 2017 was 12,441 caseloads, down 110 caseloads (or 0.9%) versus November 2017 and down 109 caseloads (or 0.9%) versus December 2016.

Childcare fee subsidy waitlist

Number of children on the waitlist to receive a subsidy from the City of Hamilton for childcare fees.

In summary: The Child Care Fee Subsidy Waitlist for December 2017 is 8 children, down 57 children (or 87.7%) versus November 2017 at 65 children, and down 528 children (or 98.5%) versus December 2016 at 536 children.

Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP) caseloads

Number of caseloads (individuals or families) per month who receive Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP) benefits in the city of Hamilton.

In summary: ODSP Caseloads for December 2017 is 20,291 caseloads, down 25 caseloads (or 0.1%) versus November 2017 but up 606 caseloads (or 3.1%) versus December 2016.

Number of active households on the waitlist for City of Hamilton social housing providers' buildings.

In summary: The Social Housing Waitlist for December 2017 is 6,293 households, down 60 households (or 0.9%) versus November 2017 but up 326 households (or 5.5%) versus December 2016.
