Funding Agreements

The City of Hamilton enters into funding agreements with licensed child care operators in order to assist eligible families with their childcare costs and for the purposes of distributing funding to eligible child care operators

Child Care Fee Assistance

Child care operators with a funding agreement must comply with data requests from City staff and honour the rate of subsidy. 

Funding Opportunities

Funding opportunities are available to child care operators with a funding agreement with the City of Hamilton.  The purpose of available funding is to provide stability to child care programs and support staff retention.

Annual Service Contract Review

Child care operators with a funding agreement are required to submit an annual service contract review.
