City of Hamilton Recreational Trails Master Plan

Hamilton's Recreational Trails Master Plan strives to create continuity in the City’s trail system and enable city-wide recreational and commuter travel, connecting parks, recreational centres, cultural and institutional centres, commercial sites, residential communities, and transit facilities. The Kay Drage Park Trail is the implementation of Initiative 1-6; Proposed Multi-use & Upgraded Trail of the Trails Master Plan:

The Kay Drage Park Trail project is scheduled to be constructed in October, November and early December 2017. The trail formalizes an existing footpath and involves the construction of a limestone screening trail, removal and re-installation of 1.8m high chain-link fencing, seeding and sodding, and signage. The Kay Drage Park Trail will form part of Hamilton’s Recreational Trails Master Plan.
