Kay Drage Park Trail
Kay Drage Park Trail is a new 340 metre long trail in Kay Drage Park.
The trail will connect the parking lot at the south end of the park and run south of the baseball outfields in Kay Drage Park, through the wooded area (on the Hamilton Roman Catholic Diocese lands) and end at the Nicolas Mancini Centre (on Hamilton-Wentworth Roman Catholic School Board lands).

Hamilton's Recreational Trails Master Plan strives to create continuity in the City’s trail system and enable city-wide recreational and commuter travel, connecting parks, recreational centres, cultural and institutional centres, commercial sites, residential communities, and transit facilities. The Kay Drage Park Trail is the implementation of Initiative 1-6; Proposed Multi-use & Upgraded Trail of the Trails Master Plan:

Details
The Kay Drage Park Trail project is scheduled to be constructed in October, November and early December 2017. The trail formalizes an existing footpath and involves the construction of a limestone screening trail, removal and re-installation of 1.8m high chain-link fencing, seeding and sodding, and signage. The Kay Drage Park Trail will form part of Hamilton’s Recreational Trails Master Plan.
