Public swim

A recreational swim for patrons of all ages. Pools may be partitioned to safely accommodate aquatic activities.

An endurance based lane swim for patrons 12 years of age or older. Pools may be partitioned to accommodate slow, medium and fast swimmers.

Waterfit

A medium intensity, endurance based workout for patrons 12 years of age and older. Aimed at improving cardiovascular health and muscular strength. Offers simple choreography and the opportunity for increased intensity.
