A medium intensity, endurance based workout for females 12 years of age and older. This program is aimed at improving cardiovascular health and muscular strength. It offers simple choreography and the opportunity for increased intensity. Participants are encouraged to work at their own pace. This program is designed for females only and is guarded by an all-female Lifeguard staff. Where applicable, all viewing windows and doors will be covered for privacy.
