Public Health Breastfeeding Services
Breastfeeding supports will be provided by phone and virtually. Services are reduced temporarily as our staff provides vaccines to the community. Breastfeeding supports can be accessed by calling the Health Connections phone line at 905-546-3550, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
We provide free breastfeeding support virtually or by phone from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

Breastfeeding services
Lactation consultants provide free breastfeeding services including support for:
- Sore nipples or breasts
- Milk supply concerns
- Baby not latching properly
- Problems pumping breast milk
- Baby’s weight gain
- Weaning or stopping breastfeeding
- Introducing solid food to baby
- Other breastfeeding concerns
