The Public Health Services Dental Clinic provides free dental care for Hamilton residents who have a low income, do not have dental insurance and who are enrolled in the Healthy Smiles Ontario Program. If you have been approved by the Special Supports Program for dental services you are not eligible for services through the PH Dental Clinic. Special Supports does not provide money for dental.

How to access the Dental Clinic
If your child is enrolled in the Healthy Smiles Ontario Program (HSO), they can be seen in the clinic. Call 905-546-2424 ext.3789 to book an appointment. If your child is NOT already enrolled in HSO and you have a low income, call the above number to book a dental screening.
Adults must fill out a Public Health Services Clinic Application Form to receive dental care. Send or drop off your completed application form to:

The Dental Clinic will call you after your application has been reviewed and approved to book an appointment.
