Reporting Vaccines

The vaccine program will no longer be accepting vaccine records in person. Please visit for other ways you can report your child’s vaccinations to public health. Immunization of School Pupils Act (ISPA) education sessions will be accessible online on the Vaccines and the Law page. Community clinics for vaccination have resumed on a limited availability, please call 905-540-5250 with any vaccine related questions or to rebook/book your community clinic appointment.

Why report vaccines to Public Health?

Parents are responsible for notifying Public Health each time their daycare or school-aged child receives a vaccine. In the event of an outbreak, Public Health needs to have the vaccine information for all daycare and school-aged children in order to protect the community from vaccine preventable diseases.
