Drop In Skate
Due to weather and ice conditions, these outdoor rinks will close for the season:

- Freelton Community Park
Outdoor Ice will remain operational for the winter season weather permitting
City ice rinks have extended hours of operation and are staffed between 8 am and 11 pm daily. Staff are on site at City operated outdoor rinks to maintain the ice and monitor COVID-19 safety measures.
Outdoor ice rinks are weather dependent, during extended periods of above 0° temperatures, ice conditions may require a closure:
- Closure notifications will be posted both online and at the park.
- All scheduled ice sessions are cancelled during closures.
Outdoor Ice Impacts
City Operated Outdoor Ice Rinks will remain operational during this time with extended hours of operation and enhanced public health safety measures in place.
- Wear your mask on and off the ice
- Reservations required in advance

Reservations for City ice rinks are required
Tickets become available 7 days in advance. Skaters with reservations are to arrive no later than 15 minutes after the scheduled session time or ticket will be forfeit due to the popularity of these skates.
