Youth 12-17
Youth programs focus on fostering one’s growing independence within a positive, inclusive environment with peers. Programs emphasize active lifestyles throughout teen years and beyond, with opportunities to participate in both organized and non organized physical activity. Teens 16 years or older are permitted to participate in both Youth and Adult fitness programs.

Music programs provide an opportunity to develop skills and interests. Programs available in this session include:

Sports programs are designed to teach the basic fundamentals of sport. These programs are welcoming and inclusive, and provide opportunities to pursue lifelong physical activity and wellness across the lifespan to be Active for Life.

Fitness
Fitness programs are offered for all fitness levels and are led by certified fitness professionals. These programs are welcoming and inclusive, and provide opportunities to pursue lifelong physical activity and wellness across the lifespan to be Active for Life.

Active Start within the aquatic setting engages children and adults with an environment for learning about water safety by providing the building blocks of key movement skills and fundamental properties of water.
