Ancaster Fair
In Her Hands: Family, Farm and Future
The 2026 theme aligns with the United Nations’ declaration of 2026 as the International Year of the Woman Farmer. This global recognition highlights the vital contributions women make across agriculture and food systems, from farm production to family well-being and economic sustainability - contributions that have too often gone unrecognized.
At the Ancaster Fair, 'In Her Hands' celebrates the women who have shaped our agricultural community, past and present, and those who will lead it forward. It reflects the role women play in nurturing families, sustaining farms, and building a resilient future for agriculture in our community and beyond.
Bring the whole family for a day of fun at the fair. Stroll through the fairgrounds enjoying rides, live music, animal competitions, and plenty of food at this iconic fair.
