Pre-recorded videos must be submitted by noon two business days before the meeting. Video must be no longer than 5 minutes in length and will be reviewed before the meeting to ensure it adheres to the City’s procedures and protocols in presenting to Council.

Submit video by emailing [email protected] or dropping off a USB at the City Hall drop box located at the back of the 1st Floor of City Hall, 71 Main Street West, to the attention of the Legislative Coordinator of the respective Committee. Any videos that do not adhere to the City’s procedures and protocols will not be presented at the meeting.

Requests to speak to Board of Directors will be forwarded to the Coordinator, Board Governance and Administration.

The Coordinator will confirm the delegation relates to a public item posted on the agenda and will assist the delegate if support is required.

Delegate will receive confirmation of the addition of their delegation request to the meeting agenda before the Board meeting by the coordinator. Delegates will be provided with a copy of the CHH’s Delegation Policy and Rzone Policy in advance of their delegation.
