The City of Hamilton collects information under the authority of Sections 10 and 227 of the Municipal Act, 2001. Any personal information collected for ASST School Events 2025-26 will be used to confirm the identities of the school staff completing the form and to facilitate communication regarding any prizes won by the school for each event. By providing your email address, you are consenting to receiving emails from the City of Hamilton and/or their agents/contractors for after the event for prize notification or to provide an updated or new Action Plan if requested on the form. Information collected for this initiative may be stored on servers located in Canada and the United States and may be subject to Canadian and/or American laws.
