Prior to Zoning By-law Amendment process, the Corporate Real Estate Office will be issuing a competitive process for this property for sale / lease to seek a non-profit affordable housing provider to partner with to build affordable housing on the site.
Once a partner has been selected, and a conditional agreement executed, preliminary concept plans will be prepared which will be used to make a Formal Consultation application. The Formal Consultation application will identify a number of studies to be completed to demonstrate capacity, compatibility and any necessary upgrades to infrastructure.
