How it works
- Sign Up - Register for HSR’s customer panel
Once registered you will receive an email with additional information on how to participate. - Track Your Trips - Use our easy-to-use tracker to log your bus trips.
It’s as easy as tracking where you go, why you go, the time of day, and the route(s) you take. That’s it! - Stay Consistent - Make sure you track every trip for 14 days straight.
No entry is required on days you don’t travel with HSR. - Win Big - Five lucky partipants will each win a $100 PRESTO travel card.

Winter 2021 Study Recap
In November and December of 2021, 184 customer panelists tracked over 2,400 trips on HSR transit! In doing this, you helped us gather insights into travel patterns and gave us another way to estimate the number of trips that are taken daily on our service. We’re still crunching the numbers and will be using the information to help inform future projects. We’re excited to share some preliminary findings with you below. Thank you to everyone who participated in the November- December 2021 study!
