Simply track where you go, why you go, the time of day, and the routes you take. You can do this using our easy online trip tracker (emailed to you) or request a paper booklet from HSR Customer Service. - Win Big

Thank you to everyone who participated in the Fall 2024 Track Your Trip study! We’re grateful for your dedication to tracking your journeys and sharing valuable insights into our city’s travel patterns.

What we learned

- 217 Participants tracked 2,000+ trips, 10,866 km travelled, and 774 hours of travel time.
- Top 3 Reasons for Travel: 1. Work, 2. Errands, 3. Social.
- Top 3 Bus Routes used: 1. Route 2 - Barton, 2. Route 5 - Delaware, 3. Route 1 - King.
- Payment Preferences: The physical and digital PRESTO cards were the most popular payment methods, showing a strong preference for digital convenience.
- Distance and time for travel: The study sample indicated an average of 23 minutes travel time and 5 KM travel distance per trip.
