Data Policy
The Enterprise Data Policy provides a framework for the management and use of enterprise data while ensuring alignment with ethical principles, legal standards, and best practices in Data governance. City staff are empowered to collect, manage, analyze and visualize data using modern technology, while utilizing safeguards that protect stakeholders and ensure data usage remains safe, appropriate, and responsible. This policy aims to build confidence of staff, trust with residents, deliver the highest quality of service, and uphold all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

The Enterprise Data Management Standards and Guidelines covers basic standards and guidelines for handling enterprise data throughout its lifecycle.
