Bishop’s Park is located at 91 East Ave S in Hamilton, Ward 3.
The park is approximately 890m2 in size and sits at the corner of East Ave S and Hunter Street E within the Stinson Neighbourhood. Bishop's Park is a peaceful green space featuring several large canopy trees that provide ample shade for the bench seating areas and asphalt pathway that connects East Ave S and Hunter Street E.
The existing park amenities are nearing the end of their lifecycle and require replacement.
Upgrades to the Bishop’s Park will include:
- New asphalt pathway
- Upgraded bench seating
- Installation of a drinking fountain

- Replacement of ornamental metal fence
- Light fixture relocation
Along with the proposed upgrades, the introduction of additional features will be installed based on previous community consultation, existing site analysis, and public engagement.
