New Customer Portal coming in 2026!
The City of Hamilton is launching a new self-service online customer portal to provide a one-stop shop for applying, paying, and completing applications across the department. It will provide faster, easier access to City services for residents and businesses.
You will be able to apply for permits, licences and approvals more quickly through a new online system available 24/7. Users will be able to submit applications, track progress in real time and receive updates without needing to follow up.
This new online customer portal is part of the City’s broader commitment to strengthening systems and delivering better customer service.
