What is Routine Disclosure & Active Dissemination?
It's the practice of providing public access to "everyday", non-confidential records to the public
- ensures information is easily available
- reduces staff time in responding to formal information requests
- provides greater accountability and transparency in City day-to-day operations
The City and its departments provide public access to information by making records routinely available in response to requests for access or by means of periodically releasing identified allowable records.
Information is categorized by City department and their respective areas of service.
