Collective Agreements
ATU Local 107 membership includes all employees who work in the Transit Division (Hamilton Street Railway), except for the Senior Transit Technologist, all supervisors, all those above the rank of supervisor, and employees covered by a different collective agreement.
The ATU Local 107 collective agreement is in effect from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2022.

CUPE Local 5167 (City of Hamilton) membership includes all inside and outside employees of the City.
The CUPE Local 5167 collective agreement is in effect from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2026.

CUPE Local 5167 (Macassa and Wentworth Lodges) membership includes all employees of Macassa and Wentworth Lodges in job classification set forth in Schedule "A" of the collective agreement, save and except: Supervisors; all those about the rank of Supervisor, and; those employees covered by a subsisting collective agreement.
The CUPE Local 5167 (Lodges) collective agreement is in effect from April 1, 2019 to March 31, 2023.

CUPE Local 1041 membership includes all frontline forepersons and frontline supervisors who work for the City, except for all those above the rank of frontline forepersons and frontline supervisors, those working with confidential matters relating to labour relations, and those covered by a different collective agreement.

HPFFA Local 288 membership includes all fire fighters as defined in Part IX of the Fire Protection and Prevention Act who work for Hamilton Emergency Services (FIRE), except for those positions agreed to by the parties as being excluded as set out in Appendix 1.
The HPFFA Local 288 collective agreement is in effect from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2022.

GHVFA Local 911 membership includes all volunteer firefighters as defined by subsection 1(1) of the Fire Protection and Prevention Act, 1997 (FPPA), that work for the City.
The GHVFA Local 911 collective agreement is in effect from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2023.

OPSEU Local 256 membership includes all paramedics and ambulance attendants employed by the City save and except those employed in the Training Division as well as Supervisors and all those above the rank of Supervisor and those employees covered by a subsisting collective agreement.
The OPSEU Local 256 collective agreement is in effect from April 1, 2016 to March 31, 2020.
