Given annually, when warranted, the Reverend T. Melville Bailey Heritage Award for Lifetime Achievement is for significant, long-term contributions to the study, communication and appreciation of Hamilton’s history and heritage. Nominations are accepted from any member of the public, heritage groups, academics.

Criteria: Nominees must be (or have been) a resident of the City of Hamilton or its adjacent communities and counties and have at least ten years of active involvement in the promotion and preservation of Hamilton’s history and heritage.

Please review the nomination form and have your supporting files ready for upload prior to filling out the form. It must be completed in full and cannot be partially saved, but you will have the opportunity to preview your completed form prior to submitting.
