Phone service is available 7-days-a-week, including holidays, from 7:30 am to 8 pm.
The following levels of service will operate on upcoming holidays. This information is subject to change based on seasonal schedules. HSR’s Customer Service Centre at 36 Hunter St. East will be closed on holidays.

| Monday, February 16 | Family Day | Buses will operate on a Sunday service schedule ending at 10 pm. |
| Friday, April 3 | Good Friday | Buses will operate on a Sunday service schedule ending at 10 pm. |
| Monday, April 6 | Easter Monday | Buses will operate on a Weekday service schedule. |
| TBD | Victoria Day | Buses will operate on a Sunday service schedule. |
| TBD | Canada Day | Buses will operate on a Sunday service schedule. |
| TBD | Civic Holiday | Buses will operate on a Sunday service schedule. |
| TBD | Labour Day | Buses will operate on a Sunday service schedule. |
| TBD | National Day for Truth & Reconciliation | Buses will operate on a Weekday service schedule. |
| TBD | Thanksgiving Day | Buses will operate on a Sunday service schedule. |
| TBD | Christmas Day | Buses will start slightly later than usual and last trips leaving downtown will be at approximately 9 pm. Review the Christmas Day schedules |
| TBD | Boxing Day | Routes 1, 2, 16, 21, 25, 26, 41, and 43 will operate on a Saturday service schedule. All other routes that normally operate on Sundays will run on a Sunday schedule. |
| TBD | New Year's Eve | Buses will operate on a Weekday service schedule with free service after 6 pm. |
Sunday Schedule: Holidays specifying that buses will be running on a Sunday schedule refer to:
- TransCab service will align with HSR Sunday schedules.
- These bus routes do not provide service:
- 12 Wentworth
- 42 Mohawk East
- Unless otherwise specified the last trips will be leaving downtown at approximately 12 am.
