4.0 Property Description

5.0 Description of Buildings and Structures
- Inventory of buildings and structures, including architectural style, details and features, type of construction and materials, construction dates, current condition, etc. for each building or structure
- Detailed photo documentation of all structures and cultural landscape features (including where possible historical photos). Photos of buildings and structures should include:
- Each exterior façade
- 3/4 views of each corner
- Architectural or building details
- Interior features as appropriate, such as foundation walls, beams, mouldings, fireplaces, staircases, flooring, etc.
- Map of the location where each photo was taken
6.0 Artifact Curation and Reuse
- Recommendations for the curation and/or reuse of artifacts
- Include location(s) where artifacts are to be stored or installed
The report shall be submitted in draft format to Heritage Planning staff who will review the content for errors and omissions. Once the report has been accepted as complete the applicant shall distribute a copy of the final version of the report to:
