The Vendor Performance Management Program (VPMP) is designed to objectively assess and evaluate vendor performance throughout the contract period. The VPMP is built on the principles of transparency, fairness, and consistency.
The results from the VPMP will be considered during the prequalification and contract award process. Vendors that do not achieve a satisfactory performance rating will be negatively impacted during the prequalification and contract award process.
VPMP Information Sessions
To support a smooth transition, the City will host a series of 90-minute information sessions. Additional sessions will be scheduled monthly.
