You will need to submit at least 14 days prior to the event requested date.

Request a Paid Duty Paramedic

Paid duty paramedics can be requested for events such as movie shoots or festivals. 

Complete the Ambulance Standby Application Form(PDF, 315 KB)

Submit by email [email protected] at least seven days before your event. Staff will contact you within one business day.

We want to ensure that everyone who receives service from the Hamilton Paramedic Service has an opportunity to provide feedback.

Your feedback helps us:

• monitor our performance

• know how well we are doing

• take any necessary steps to improve our customer service and patient experience

You can provide feedback directly to the Paramedic at the time service is provided. You can provide comments specific to your incident in one of four ways:

If we determine that your issue is not within the jurisdiction of Hamilton Paramedic Services, your concern will be immediately forwarded to the appropriate division, whenever possible. We will let you know who your issue was directed to.
