To adopt an updated Water and Wastewater Infrastructure Support Community Improvement Plan, in accordance with the Planning Act, to facilitate community improvement within both the urban and rural areas to promote Hamilton’s adaptation to climate change and protection of the health of Hamilton’s citizens through various municipal initiatives.
To adopt a Community Improvement Plan for the Water and Wastewater Infrastructure Support Community Improvement Project Area, in accordance with the said Act, for the purposes of the community improvement.
