My name is Ruchika Angrish and I am a Professional Planner working on behalf of the owners of the property located at 471 Moxley Road, Flamborough. We met with City staff for a pre-consultation meeting last fall proposing a zoning by-law amendment application for rural employment uses on the property. The owners are proposing commercial uses supporting the surrounding residential and agricultural community.
