WE HBA intends to advocate for partnerships including utilization of surplus & under utilized lands and/or financial/planning incentives. WE HBA intends to participate in any consultations related to inclusionary zoning on the LRT corridor. Any such initiative must not result in cross subsidization, must be economically viable and be structured in a partnership model.
