September marks the height of the growing season and that means there is an abundance of fresh produce in Dundurn’s Historic Kitchen Garden.
We will turn up the heat in our historic kitchen where you will try your hand at autumn inspired 19th century recipes under the guidance of our cooks. Using the museum’s cast iron range transform simple ingredients into delectable dishes that are shared by all participants.
