Victoria Park Community Homes is seeking to create conditions that will allow it to pursue its mission to create more affordable housing in Hamilton and beyond. Caledon Community Collaborative is one such project, aimed at creating an environmentally sustainable, safe, and age-friendly community which adds social and economic value to Hamilton’s Yeoville neighbourhood. We are seeking to highlight the merits of the Caledon Community Collaborative project and seek funding supports to ensure the project can reach its full potential of affordable housing units. Victoria Park Community Homes is also seeking to ensure the fairest possible relationship with municipal service managers.
