Route 26 - Upper Wellington
Travels north - south from the Terminal Platform #4 to Limeridge Mall Terminal Platform #4. This route is interlined with Route 25 - Upper Wentworth.

Route 27 - Upper James
Route travels north - south from the MacNab Terminal Platform #5 to the Mountain Transit Centre in Glanbrook. This route is interlined with Route 35 - College. Glanbrook Trans-Cab service operates Weekdays, Saturdays and Sundays as an extension of Route 27 when in service.
Park N' Ride: HSR Mountain Transit Centre on Upper James, with platforms for Route 20 - A Line & Route 27 - Upper James.

Detour Route 33 - Sanatorium for Intuit Elders Event
Due to Inuit Elders Event, Route 33 Sanatorium will be detouring along Sanatorium Rd Scenic Dr. between north and south leg from 8 am to 2 pm on Monday, May 5, 2025.
Detour Details:
Route 33 – Sanatorium
- Southbound From Sanatorium Rd. at Scenic Dr., left on Scenic Dr. and resume regular routing on Scenic Dr. north of Sanatorium Rd. (north leg).
- Northbound From Scenic Dr. at Sanatorium Rd. (north leg), continue south on Scenic Dr., right on Sanatorium Rd. and resume regular routing on Sanatorium Rd. south of Scenic Dr.
