Bus News Fall 2026
Starting Sunday, September 6, 2026, we’re making small schedule and stop changes on several routes, and all routes currently running on a summer service schedule will return to regular service.
Bus Stop Changes
A few stops will be will be closed this summer, but service will be provided at new stop locations or at alternative stops close by. Several stops will also be renamed.

Runs on a clockwise loop using Wentworth, Stinson, Victoria and Burlington Streets.

Travels between Meadowlands Transit Terminal and the shopping complex at Wilson and Garner. This route is interlined with 43 - Stone Church.

Route 18 - Waterdown Mountaineer
A new fixed-route service, route will connect Waterdown to Aldershot GO Station and Burlington Transit at Plains Road. Route 18 will operate at a 30-minute frequency.

Route 20 - A-Line Express
The A-Line Express is a north-south express route that travels from downtown Hamilton to the Hamilton International Airport. The route also stops on the Fennell campus of Mohawk College.
Glanbrook Trans-Cab service operates Weekdays, Saturdays and Sundays.
Park N' Ride: HSR Mountain Transit Centre on Upper James, with platforms for Route 20 - A-Line and Route 27 - Upper James.

Route 21 - Upper Kenilworth
A north-south route that travels from the MacNab Terminal Platform #7 to Upper Mount Albion and Stone Church. This route has extended to Upper Mount Albion and Stone Church. The bus loop at Limeridge and Mountain Brow is no longer serviced.

Inbound – to Downtown via Garth, from Temporary End-of-Line at Glancaster Loop, buses will go: Left on Glancaster, Right on Rymal, Left on Garth, Resume regular inbound routing on Garth north of Rymal
Outbound – To St. Elizabeth Village via Garth, for trips that will return to downtown via Rymal & Upper James, from Garth and Stone Church, buses will: Continue (south) on Garth to Temporary End-of-Line on Garth north of Rymal (facing Southbound).
Inbound – To Downtown via Rymal & Upper James, from Temporary End-of-Line on Garth at Rymal, buses will: Continue (south) on Garth, Left on Rymal, Resume regular inbound routing on Rymal east of Garth.
Outbound - To St. Elizabeth Village via Upper James & Rymal, for trips that will return to downtown via Rymal & Upper James. From Rymal and Garth, buses will Continue (west) on Rymal, Left on Glancaster, right into Glancaster Loop to Temporary End-of-Line at Glancaster Loop
Inbound - To Downtown via Rymal & Upper James, from Temporary End-of-Line at Glancaster Loop, buses will go left on Glancaster, right on Rymal, resume regular inbound routing on Rymal east of Garth.
Outbound - To St. Elizabeth Village via Upper James & Rymal, for trips that will return to downtown via Garth. From Rymal and Garth buses will go:
· Right on Garth to Temporary End-of-Line on Garth north of Rymal (Facing Northbound).
Inbound - To Downtown via Garth, from Temporary End-of-Line on Garth at Rymal buses will continue (north) on Garth, Resume regular inbound routing on Garth.
