Ready, Set, Ride with HSR #TransitTips
Have your fare ready: Keep your PRESTO card or fare payment method ready before your bus arrives. If you pay cash, it's exact fare only. Our drivers can't make change.
Don't rush the bus: When waiting for the bus, line up, give others space, and wait until the bus comes to a complete stop before boarding. If the ramp is needed, leave room for it to be lowered, then board one at a time.
We know that GPS tags are handy, but our bus maintenance and storage buildings are not open to the public. Please contact HSR Customer Service for information on how and where to pick up your lost item.
Hidden Disabilities Sunflower
HSR proudly supports the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower program.
Customers who choose to wear a Sunflower lanyard or wristband can discreetly indicate they may need additional support while using transit. Wearing a Sunflower is always a personal choice, and customers never need to explain or disclose their disability.
