The Hamilton Sports Volunteer Awards honour those who give their time and energy to sports in Hamilton. Whether it be coaching, administrative, officiating or many of the other tasks needed to make sport happen, we value the volunteers of the City of Hamilton.

Before submitting a nomination, please review these guidelines:
- One nomination form per nominee
- All information must be verifiable
- Submissions must include:
- History on how the volunteer has enriched the lives of others within the Hamilton community. Be specific if there has been an impact on the sports community.
All nominees are given equal consideration for the Award.
