The Hamilton Municipal Senior Service Awards honour senior citizens who have made an outstanding voluntary contribution to enrich the social, cultural or civic life of our community.
Nominations must be submitted by June 30, 2025 at 4 pm.
Submission Guidelines
Before submitting a nomination, please review these guidelines:
- One nomination form per nominee
- All information must be verifiable
- Submissions must include:
- History on how the volunteer has enriched the lives of others within the Hamilton community. Be specific if there has been an impact on the seniors’ community
- Two letters of support for senior nomination and one letter of support for youth nomination
All nominees are given equal consideration for the Senior of the Year Award.
