Keynote: Ralph Torrie, Director of Research Corporate Knights – A pioneer in local government climate action, internationally recognized for his innovative work in greenhouse gas strategy and sustainable energy.
Torrie will describe a positive, possible pathway for responding to the climate crisis. He will explore how local, community-driven efforts to build a clean, efficient, electricity-based energy system can drive both environmental sustainability and economic opportunity. The lasting question being – the successful economies of the 21st century will be the ones that lead this change. Will Hamilton be one of those economies?
