DARTS Web Booking - Maintenance

Notice to Accessible Transportation Services customers using DARTS:

Electrical work will take place at the DARTS offices on Birch St. on Saturday, April 18, 2026, from approximately 6:45 am to 6 pm. DARTS has ensured backup power will be available and has a plan in place to maintain service delivery in the event of any disruption.

To ensure that DARTS can track all reservations made during this period in case of any brief power outage, DARTStransit.com will be unavailable for online trip booking from 5 am Saturday April 18 until the work is completed.

Customers can still call to book trips. However, due to the nature of the work being completed, Intermittent power outages may occur throughout the day, which could affect phone service and ride scheduling at times. If you are unable to get through to a DARTS staff person, please try again.

A DARTS team will be onsite all day to reduce service disruptions. Please note that some delays are possible. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience while this work is completed.
