Public Delegations
Members of the public who are interested in appearing before Committee on November 6, 2023 and/or January 16, 2024; either Virtually, In Person or by Video Submission, are required to submit a Request to Speak before a Committee of Council
Written submissions are also encouraged (submission of the form is not required), and will be accepted by e-mail, mail or fax. Please send written submissions to:

Delegation Deadlines
Requests to appear virtually or in person, as well as written submissions will be accepted up to:
- 12 Noon on Friday, November 3, 2023 for the November 6, 2023 meeting; and
- 12 Noon on Monday, January 15, 2024 for the January 16, 2024 meeting.
Video submissions must be must be received no later than:
- 12 Noon on Thursday, November 2, 2023 for inclusion on the November 6, 2023 agenda; and
- 12 Noon on Friday, January 12, 2024 for inclusion on the January 16, 2024 agenda.
Delegates will be heard in the order that they are received. Delegates will be limited to presentation time of 5 minutes.
The Council of the City of Hamilton intends to approve the 2024 Tax Operating & Capital Budget at a Special Council meeting on Thursday, February 15, 2024 9:30 a.m., or at a later Council meeting, if budget deliberations continue past this date.
Please be advised that additional meetings may be added to the schedule at any time, or existing meetings may be cancelled or rescheduled. In addition, meeting agendas are frequently subject to change. As such, you are advised to confirm and obtain additional information with respect to all budget meetings by regularly checking the City's website. View agenda for all City of Hamilton meetings
