The Tribunal Orders that the appeal is allowed and the Official Plan of the City of Hamilton is amended as set out in Attachment 1 to this Order.
The Tribunal further orders that the appeal against By-law No. 05-200 of the City of Hamilton is allowed in part and By-law No. 05-200 is amended as set out in Attachment 2 to this Order. The Tribunal authorizes the municipal clerk of the City of Hamilton to assign a number to this by-law for recordkeeping purposes.
