Temporary closure on Mary Street North Pedestrian Bridge

HAMILTON, ON – On Tuesday, August 6, the City of Hamilton will temporarily close the pedestrian bridge connecting Mary Street North to Strachan Street East for approximately three weeks in order to complete deck surface repairs.

There will be no through access on the pedestrian bridge during this time. Pedestrians are advised to use the Ferguson Avenue North overpass as an alternative route.

The bridge is expected to reopen after three weeks, weather permitting.

The City thanks residents for their patience and cooperation during this temporary closure.
