The City of Hamilton has completed a Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (EA) to address traffic, active transportation, and stormwater management needs along Garner Road (Wilson Street to the Highway 403 off-ramp).
The road improvements have been planned as a Schedule C Project under Municipal Engineers Association Class Environmental Assessment, (2000, last amended February 2024). Phases 1 through 4 of the process have been completed.
