The Board orders that the appeal is allowed accordingly: the amendment to the City of Hamilton Zoning By-law as described in Attachment 1 shall be revised to include the provision of a Holding (H) provision, and pursuant to that revision, approved; and further, the amendment to the Urban Hamilton Official Plan shall be approved in accordance to Attachment 2 16-337 – Attachment 1 16-338 – Attachment 2 OMB Case No. PL150378 |
