Ancaster Heritage Days

An essential part of Ancaster for 46 years!

Ancaster Heritage Days are celebrated every June, and include a parade, Soapbox Derby, KidsWorld, and much more!

10am - Annual Parade
Parade runs for approximately 45 minutes. The route is 2km long, starting 10am at Wilson and Academy Streets and ending at Wilson and Todd Streets. Cash donations will be collected along the parade route with proceeds supporting Ancaster Heritage Days.  

10:30 am to 2:30 pm - Teen Scene
Live bands, dunk tank, rock climbing and Jacob's Ladder. Outdoors at Ancaster Memorial Arts Centre.

Kidsworld
It wouldn't be Ancaster Heritage Days without a great experience for the kids! Inflatables, entertainment, and more! And it's all free. We can't wait to see more smiles! KidsWorld kicks off as soon as the parade concludes. Located behind the new Ancaster Memorial Arts Centre.

Soapbox Derby
One the highlights of Ancaster Heritage Days: The Rastin's Pharmacy Soapbox Derby. With engines starting following the parade, kids & adults race their creations as the crowd cheers! New location: Sulphur Springs Road!
