Limited Service: HSR Customer Service at Hamilton GO Centre

September 14, 2026: HSR Customer Service at the Hamilton GO Centre is temporarily offering limited in-person services due to emergency repair work.

Phone service remains available daily, including holidays, from 7:30 am to 8 pm by calling 905-546-2489.

To purchase or load a PRESTO card, visit a Municipal Service Centre in Dundas, Ancaster or Stoney Creek. You can also visit participating Shoppers Drug Mart or Fortinos locations in Hamilton.
