The Board further orders that the appeal is allowed and the requested amendments to the former Township of Glanbrook Zoning By-law No. 464 (as entered into evidence as Exhibit 3, Tab 38) and the City of Hamilton Zoning By-law No. 05-200 are approved. A copy of the amendment to Zoning By-law No. 464 is attached to this decision as Attachment 4 and a copy of the amendment to Zoning By-law No. 05-200 is attached to this decision as Attachment 5.
Interim Order
The Board orders that the appeal is allowed and the requested amendment to the UHOP (as entered into evidence as Exhibit 3, Tab 37) is approved. A copy of the approved amendment to the UHOP is attached to this decision as Attachment 3.
