Service Disruption: Telecom Provider Issue

The City of Hamilton is aware of a Telecom provider issue affecting citizens' ability to reach City phone lines when calling from the Rogers network. This issue impacts both Rogers and Fido customers. We are currently working with vendors to  investigate the root cause and working toward a resolution.
