With respect to a grant and low-interest loan for the use of hybrid bus technology by the City of Hamilton.
To Authorize the Execution of an Agreement between the City of Hamilton and Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Ontario as represented by the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure and the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affair, Related to Funding Protocol Under the Infrastructure Stimulus Fund Program.
After the registration of the tax arrears certificate and before the expiry of the one-year period, the City can enter into an agreement with the owner of the land, the spouse of the owner, a mortgagee or a tenant in occupation of the land extending the period of time in which the cancellation price is to be paid.

To enact a Demolition Control Area By-law and to repeal and replace By-law No. 08-226, Entitled "Demolition Control". No person shall demolish the whole or any part of any residential property in a demolition control area unless the person has been issued a demolition permit by the Council of the City of Hamilton.
