Due to Barton Village Festival and the road closure on Barton Street; Victoria Avenue to Wentworth Street, buses will detour as follows:

Eastbound: from Barton Street at Victoria Avenue, left on Victoria Avenue, right on Burlington Street, right on Wentworth Street, left on Barton Street, and resume regular routing on Barton Street east of Wentworth Street.

Westbound: from Barton Street at Wentworth Street, left on Wentworth Street, right on Cannon Street, right on Victoria Avenue, left on Barton Street and resume regular routing on Barton Street west of Victoria Avenue.

Routes 2 Barton, 3 Cannon, 4 Bayfront and 20 A Line will be on detour on the second Friday of each month from 5 pm to 11 pm. This is due to a road closure on James Street; York Boulevard/Wilson Street to Murray Street for Art Crawl.

Route 2 Barton - Westbound

• Buses will detour from Barton at John, turning left on John Street, right on Rebecca Street, and left on James Street to resume the regular route south of Rebecca.

Route 3 Cannon - Westbound

• Buses will detour from Cannon at John, turning left on John Street, right on Rebecca Street, and left on James Street to resume the regular route south of Rebecca.

Route 4 Bayfront

• Eastbound buses will continue north on MacNab Street from Murray Street, then turn right on Strachan Street and left on James Street to resume the regular route north of Strachan.
• Westbound buses will detour from James at Strachan, turning left on Strachan Street, right on John Street, right on Rebecca Street, and left on James Street to resume the regular route south of Rebecca.

Route 20 A-Line

• Northbound buses will detour from James at Main, turning right on Main Street, left on John Street, left on Strachan Street, and right on James Street to resume the regular route north of Strachan.
• Southbound buses will detour from James at Strachan, turning left on Strachan Street, right on John Street, right on Rebecca Street, and left on James Street to resume the regular route south of Rebecca.

Route 18 Waterdown Mountaineer will detour as it travels to and from the Flamborough South Centre, August 31 until further notice.

• Northbound to Flamborough South Centre (travelling to Walmart)
  Right on Dundas Street East, left on Leavitt Boulevard, left into Flamborough South Centre, right on the first internal road, proceed around Staples, and stop at stop #1879 at Walmart.
• Southbound to Aldershot GO (from stop #1879 at Walmart)
  Left at from the stop, right on the first internal road, left on the next internal road, right on Leavitt Boulevard, right on Dundas Street East, left on Clappison Avenue where it will continue regular route. 

Transit staff and property manager are working on an access agreement to allow HSR bus travel through the lot.
