Wellness Wednesdays
This full-day activation will celebrate the longest day of the year through a progression of wellness, arts, and community
programming that evolves from sunrise to sunset. Morning programming will begin at sunrise with guided yoga and meditation sessions overlooking the harbour, accompanied by ambient music and light refreshments. Additional wellness offerings throughout the day may include breathwork sessions, sound baths, mobility workshops, and low-impact fitness classes designed to be inclusive and accessible.
